As with any transaction, there are some Terms and Conditions of which you should be aware. Please take a moment or two to read the paragraphs below before placing an order.
1. Representation of goods.
a. The product images used on this website are representations only.
b. Every effort is made to provide the most accurate visual and descriptive representation but vases, particularly those which are handmade or hand-coloured, may vary in shade and pattern. Vase sizes stated are approximate.
a. All prices are inclusive of all applicable UK taxes. Ikebana by Junko is not VAT registered and can not provide VAT invoices.
b. Ikebana by Junko is not UK VAT registered and can not supply goods tax free for export.
3. Payment. Payment may be made in UK £ by:
a. Credit or Debit card through the check out from this website
b. Cheque by post – please note we will not dispatch orders paid for by cheque until the funds are cleared to our account. Please allow a minimum of seven working days for clearance.
4. Delivery Charges.
a. Delivery and insurance costs are determined by Ikebana by Junko at our sole discretion. Delivery to UK addresses is free. Charges for delivery to non-UK locations apply.
b. To minimise shipping costs and at our sole discretion we may ship multi-product orders into separate packages.
c. For express courier delivery costs or special delivery costs for large orders please contact us prior to ordering.
We take great care to ensure that we have accurately recorded your order and avoid mistakes. In the rare event that we have a query about your order, we will re-confirm by email or telephone. Please ensure you include your correct contact information for this purpose.
Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of payment and no credit or account terms are offered. Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched once funds have been cleared through our bank.
a. To minimise shipping costs and at our sole discretion we may ship multi-product orders into separate packages. Individual packages may arrive on different days.
b. UK delivery may take up to 5 working days from date of payment or cleared funds as applicable. Please contact us if your order is not received in 5 working days.
c. Non-UK delivery may take up to 10 working days, particularly for larger or heavier items. Please contact us if your order is not received in 10 working days.
d. Incorrect, damaged or faulty goods must be notified within 48 hours of receipt by phone on +44 (0) 1895 622 880 or through our contact form and a damage/return reference obtained. Damaged goods must be retained for inspection for insurance purposes until expressly notified otherwise by us. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, including any shipping costs, as soon as practical.
e. In the interests of the environment and to keep delivery charges to a minimum, we re-use packaging wherever practical. Your order may arrive in previously used packing materials.
8. Returns Policy. Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or refunded as above (7).
a. Goods may be returned for any reason within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. We do not make a restocking charge but unless the products are damaged, faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will be made once the items have been received in original condition and packaging.
b. Goods delivered to a 3rd party (ie not the the person ordering and paying) may only be returned by and refunded to the person who paid for the order.
Please note that Hasami are very sharp and not suitable for use by young children. Kenzan also have sharp pins and along with Hasami should always be stored safely and kept out of reach of children.
a. Ikebana by Junko take your privacy very seriously and any personal information provided to us remains confidential. We will not release or provided your personal information to 3rd parties under any circumstances, unless required to do so by law or as may be necessary to meet UK statutory requirements.
b. PayPal process all of our customers’ transactions and we do not have visibility of nor do we hold customer credit card or financial information whatsoever under any circumstances.
c. We may use your personal data for our own marketing and/or internal purposes. If you would prefer us not to contact you with marketing or Ikebana related information, please contact us to request removal from our contact database or use the unsubscribe link contained with the email.
